Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. During promotional periods, this may take up to 7-10 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All associated risks are assumed by the courier.

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
